I've found this picture today and I really like it. It looks like this picure is from Czech Republic.
Text on the car is "Palenice Hranice" - "Pomahat a palit!"

Location - Hranice. Morava, CZ
After some research it looks like that this picture was taken in the town "Hranice na Morave", east of Olomouc.
